How credits work

Every plan comes with credits each month. Copying a prompt out costs 2 credits. Having us create the resource costs more — a few credits for something small, about 25 for a full document.

Credits reset at the start of each month. On the Classroom and Family plans each student has their own, so one student can't use up everyone else's — and if someone runs out early you can give them more from your own balance, one student or the whole class at once. Extra credits can be bought any time, don't expire, and work on both sites.

Changing plans

Switch plans or cancel from your account settings at any time. Changes take effect at your next billing date, and everything you've made stays in your library.

Student privacy

Students don't provide an email address or create an account. They join with a class code, their name and a PIN that you control.
